System Description
The clip-in series is a traditional design suitable for the interior decoration. The series also can mixed with different shapes like combination of rectangular with square panel or different size of square to suit various design.
Wellbone® also provide integrated lighting fixture, ceiling access hatch and air-conditioning vent to match with the system requirement.
Installation
Position the 38C carrying channel by suspension bolt from soffit and adjusted to the ceiling level, fix the A-runner by A-type cross clip, clip in the ceiling panel to complete the installation.
C-shaped trimming and GMS suspension system is advised for outdoor application(clip-in series are not recommended for outdoor application).
Material
The clip-in ceiling is made of aluminum and all the parts are made of galvanized steel. Material can switch to harder alloy if necessary. Aluminum is light, not easy for oxidation which suitable for area with high humidity. Panel is finished with powder coating, it is one of the best environmental friendly paint, coating thickness can reach 60 to 80 microns, with the best sealing performance, rich and colorful texture effects. It can also switch to fluorocarbon finish if necessary.
Appearance
Wellbone® Clip-in ceiling is normally matte white, smooth and easy to clean.
Panel with perforated can help in good ventilation, backing with sound absorption tissue can result acoustic function. also can provide different option in color for the chose of your designer to create the ideal working and living space.
